We're 5 people. Do we really need an HR platform?
Not yet. That's why we don't charge you. But by the time you're 8 or 9, the founder running payroll on a kitchen table costs more in dropped balls than any platform.
Can I onboard a contractor in a different country?
Yes. Pick the country, the agreement template populates, send for e-sign. First payout same week if the bank rails are ready.
How long does it take to set up?
Most founders are running payroll within 24 hours of signing up. Solo or sub-5 teams sometimes ship the first run the same day.
What happens when we grow past 25 people?
Nothing — the system scales with you. No re-platforming, no migration. Same workspace at 8 workers, 50 workers, 200 workers.
What about equity grants and stock options?
Equity tracking is on the roadmap. For now, we store grant docs against the worker record and capture vesting milestones — enough for diligence today.
We pay people through Wise / direct transfer / cash. Does this work with that?
Yes. Naasflow records the payout intent and either generates the file (where supported) or lets you log the manual transfer reference. Receipt stored either way.
