Which biometric devices are supported?
Common fingerprint and face-recognition units from major brands. Devices push punches via our bridge agent or REST ingestion. Setup is a wizard, not a 2-day affair.
Can field workers punch from their phone?
Yes. Mobile app punch with optional geofence, plus selfie verification if you require it. Offline punches sync when the worker is back online.
How do public holidays work across countries?
Each country has its own published holiday list, applied per worker based on their work location. You can override per company or per worker for floating holidays.
What about overtime multipliers?
Configurable per country and per policy — weekday OT, weekend OT, public-holiday OT each get their own rate. The payroll engine reads the right multiplier when it calculates.
Can I run multiple shifts on different schedules?
Yes. Set up shift patterns per team, assign workers to shifts, swap with manager approval. Night-shift differentials and rotating rosters supported.
Does leave flow into payroll automatically?
