How do invoices and taxes work?+

We invoice monthly in your billing currency. For Pakistan customers, that's PKR with applicable Sindh Sales Tax on Services and withholding rules — invoices are FBR-compliant. For other markets, talk to sales — we set up the right entity and tax treatment for your country.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?+

Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated — you only pay for the days on the higher tier. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep the features you've already paid for.

What counts as a 'worker' for billing?+

Any person who received a payslip in that billing month. Contractors invoiced through the contractor module are billed separately (see add-ons).

Is there a setup or implementation fee?+

Starter and Growth tiers have no implementation fee — self-serve import + guided onboarding are included. Enterprise includes a white-glove implementation; cost depends on entity count and migration complexity.

How does the free trial work?+

14 days, no card required. You get full access to your tier. If you don't subscribe by day 14, your workspace is read-only — your data stays for 90 days in case you change your mind.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Cancellations stop the next renewal — there's no contractual lock-in on Starter or Growth. Enterprise plans typically have a 12-month commitment with the SLA but we don't enforce penalties for early termination.
